What is the SHL Verify G+ test?

The SHL Verify G+ is a short timed test. It samples three reasoning abilities: numerical, deductive and inductive. Every question feeds one of three ability scores, and those roll up into a single General Ability score that recruiters read first.

Two versions exist, and the choice is never yours. The standard version presents 30 fixed multiple-choice questions in 36 minutes, 10 per ability. The interactive version presents 24 questions in the same 36 minutes, activity-based and adaptive, so the difficulty adjusts as you answer. Your employer decides which version arrives in your invitation.

One General Ability score The three ability scores combine into the single headline figure most recruiters look at first.
Read as a percentile The employer compares your result to a norm group it selects. The same raw performance can read differently at different companies.
No universal pass mark SHL publishes no cut score. Each employer sets and keeps its own bar, so no one can honestly tell you the number to beat.

Results go to the employer, and SHL itself cannot release them to you. If you want feedback, the recruiter is the only door.

It is SHL's general ability assessment. It measures numerical, deductive and inductive reasoning and reports one General Ability score built from the three ability scores. Employers use it to screen candidates early in hiring.
The standard version asks 30 fixed multiple-choice questions, 10 per ability, in 36 minutes. Verify Interactive G+ asks 24 adaptive, activity-based questions in the same 36 minutes. Both measure the same three abilities.
No. The employer decides which version is issued. Prepare the abilities and the pace, and the version stops mattering: both draw on the same reasoning.
Each ability produces a score, they combine into one General Ability score, and the employer reads that against a comparison group it selects. Percentile position, not raw count, is what gets judged.
No honest number exists. SHL publishes no pass mark, employers keep their cuts private, and the same result reads differently against different norm groups. Ask the recruiter what the role is benchmarked against; that answer beats any figure the internet offers.
That depends on the employer and the test administrator, so confirm it before test day rather than assuming. Train mental methods and the answer matters less either way.
Not by default. The employer controls your results, and SHL states it cannot provide candidate feedback directly. If you want your numbers, ask the recruiter whether reports are shared.
