Individual Report: Presents results across each of the 7 signposts, providing feedback and insights on developing individual strategies based on response patterns. It identifies three key developmental priorities, along with actionable suggestions.
Talent Grid Report: Provides a concise overview of a group of individuals, illustrating how they compare with the organizational requirements, and assisting in developing detailed and targeted talent plans.

This assessment takes about 35 minutes to complete, but if Raven’s Progressive Matrices is included it may take up to 40 minutes to complete. It can include various questions where some need more than one answer. The total number of responses will be approximately 240 – 280 for most participants.
