Last updated 12/2022
Embarking on a new career is no easy task. And, becoming a teacher has its challenges. One such challenge is the Praxis Core tests. Many colleges and universities demand a passing score on this series of exams. This is in order to enter into their teacher education programs. And, in a lot of states, a passing score is needed to be certified as a teacher at schools.
What is the Praxis Core exam?
The Praxis Core (also known as Praxis I) is different from the Praxis II tests, which are exams in particular subjects. The Praxis Core Tests are also called the Pre-Professional Skills Test (PPST). These tests assess the broad academic skills of an individual. Specifically, skills someone would need to earn a degree in education.
The Praxis Core tests let you show that you have the aptitude needed for your teacher education program. At Prepterminal we have created a series of free Praxis Core practice tests so you can go into this exam with confidence.
